Madam Wheels launches bespoke car advisory service for women

MADAM Wheels went live in March with a champagne brunch launch event hosted by Maserati Melbourne. The launch celebration, conveniently timed for International Women’s Day, coincided with a particularly difficult morning on Melbourne’s roads. Yet those who braved it were treated to precious moments together over tasty breakfast morsels coupled with fine bubbly.

‘Madam Wheels is about seizing the day - enjoying the exhilaration of speed, the comfort and convenience of luxury as well as the thrill and discovery of travel.’

In diffused morning light amid a dazzling display of Maserati automotive excellence, Madam Wheels founder and editor Jacquie Hayes outlined to those present her company’s offerings, which include a visually-rich website dedicated to entertaining, informing and keeping female drivers up to date with matters of interest in the high-end motoring world.

“Madam Wheels is about seizing the day - enjoying the exhilaration of speed, the comfort and convenience of luxury as well as the thrill and discovery of travel,” Hayes says. “The very best cars encapsulate all these things, allowing their owners to take in the world around them at a more mindful, leisurely pace, in as-opulent or exciting a car as they can buy, and in the company of the people they love.”

Hayes also offers a bespoke private-client-advisory service which takes the often-confronting sales hype out of the purchase process for those who’d prefer assistance in identifying and buying the luxury cars that best suit their lifestyles, personalities and sensibilities.

“We help get discerning women into the cars they love, not the cars they’re ‘sold’,” she says.

With further Madam Wheels launch events planned this year for Sydney and the Gold Coast, Hayes looks forward to helping more women “drive the dream”. After all, they’re the ones who call the shots.
